Alex's Story
Alex developed an eye for Real Estate photography following decades of detail- and service-oriented work in commercial and fine-art photography and residential and commercial Real Estate sales.
He began his professional photography career as a wedding photographer, later expanding into fashion and fine art photography. His unique understanding of marketing and what appeals to buyers, combined with an artist’s aesthetic, influence his approach to capturing powerful images for today's Real Estate market.
Testimonials
"Found Alex online after our longtime real estate photographer moved away. We had worked with our previous photographer for nearly a decade, so we were skeptical that anyone else could fill those shoes. We were absolutely wrong—Alex is the BEST photographer we have ever worked with.
Alex is incredibly communicative, punctual, detail-oriented, flexible, and reliable. His turnaround time is exceptional—we typically receive our finished photos and floor plans the very next day.
We trust Alex completely to access our properties using lockboxes, and we never need to be onsite for appointments. He goes above and beyond simply taking photos. If he notices something unusual or an issue in one of our units, he always lets us know, which is invaluable when managing multiple properties.
His photographs are thoughtful, detailed, and consistently beautiful. Before every appointment, he confirms exactly what we need photographed and asks whether there are any additional areas or specific shots we would like captured.
Alex has made our entire photography process easier and more efficient, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. Hiring Alex for your real estate photography is one of the best decisions you can make for your business. We cannot recommend him highly enough!"

"I have worked with many photographers in my 30 years in the Real Estate business. Alex stands out and does a much better job than most of his competition. It makes my job easier when I connect Alex with the homeowners. Having him on my team improves the quality of my services - and that’s what my clients are looking for..."

"What makes Alex stand out is not just his technical skill and keen eye, but his desire to collaborate and find the shots that will draw people in. I have no doubt that Alex’s photography has brought more people to my listings and ultimately, that translates into higher selling prices for my clients. It doesn’t hurt that Alex is also a wonderful person and has a calming presence. I enjoy working with him immensely"

"Alex Chuzhoy was able to assist in a last-minute photoshoot of our cabinetry and built-ins for a San Francisco Home. His positive attitude, artistic eye, and prompt service were all greatly appreciated by our team. He was incredibly quick to turn around raw files from the photoshoot and was able to provide edited photos upon request. I would greatly recommend Alex for any photography project you may need."

"Yes, I have a fancy iPhone with all the wonderful photographic capabilities, but it doesn’t make me a Federico Fellini. My photographs for rental units just didn’t stir and motivate prospective tenants. I interviewed several photographers and found Alex. Super professional, fantastic photos, knows how to capture the intrinsic appeal, always meeting deadlines. Happy I made the decision to save the iPhone for family photos and happy I chose the right photographer."
